| Dear Joyce, |
City Food Tours has had the opportunity to work with a lot of great groups. We thought it would be fun to highlight just a handful who have enjoyed our unique tours and events!
Every upcoming issue of our E-Newsletter will feature a special group. If you'd like us to share your experience, feel free to send a couple of pictures to Eric at eric@cityfoodtours.com !

| Public Tours |
The list of guests who have enjoyed our public tours is growing. Thank you to everyone who has been able to join us!
Here are a couple of images from one of our tours that featured cheese at DiBruno Brothers, chocolate at Naked Chocolate Cafe, and tea at Tbar. After a short discussion about how the foods are made, the guests enjoyed a tasting of the highest quality foods in the city!
Tours are offered Wednesday through Saturday at 10am and 3pm, and on Sundays at 3pm. Our premium tours featuring beer and wine are offered on Sundays at 3:30pm.

| Sushi-Making with Vynamic |
|

Vynamic, one of the leading management consulting firms in the region, asked City Food Tours to put together a fun, unique, food-focused, team-building event for 35 people. We knew a Make-Your-Own Sushi Event using the beautiful demo kitchen at Foster's Homeware was the perfect match!
An informal cocktail hour featuring sake, Japanese beers, and authentic Japanese snacks started things off. Everyone then donned aprons featuring their company logo and enjoyed a short cooking demo highlighting miso soup and chicken teriyaki. After a crash course in sushi-making, the group went to work! The toughest part was choosing from the wide variety of ingredients that included yellow-fin tuna, avocado, and much more!
After specially appointed judges awarded prizes for best sushi, all guests received a personal sushi kit, complete with instructions, so that they could perfect their sushi-making skills at home.
We would like to wish the sushi judges, Kristen and Ersin, the best of luck in school!
The creative owners of City Food Tours will work with you to cook up
a one-of-a-kind, food-focused event that's sure to WOW your guests.

| University of Delaware McNair Scholars |
|
City Food Tours had the privilege of leading a tour for a fantastic group from the University of Delaware--The McNair Scholars. This interdisciplinary undergraduate research program prepares high-achieving students from underrepresented populations for graduate study.
The tour included lunch at Tavern 17, a cheese tasting at Valanni, and French pastry tasting at La Bourse in the Sofitel.
A big thank you goes out to Dr. Palacas for putting together such a great Philadelphia daytrip for her students. We wish them all the best of luck!

| Team Herbalife's Regional Conference Hits Philadelphia! |
City Food Tours was hired by a DMC in Colorado to orchestrate a coach tour for 70 of Herbalife's top sellers. Tour guests were treated to a whirlwind tour that not only highlighted Philadelphia's thriving restaurant scene, but also introduced first-time visitors to the cultural flavor of Philadelphia!
After picking up Team Herbalife at their hotel, the coaches were off to Valanni for a fantastic lunch. City Food Tours was happy to make special arrangements for 10 Glatt Kosher participants, making sure that the quality of their meals were equal to that of the other guests in the group.
After lunch, City Food Tours escorted the group to a photo opportunity at Independence Mall, and then to Triumph Brewing Company for a unique spin on a traditional tasting event--Beer & Cheese. City Food Tours worked with the owner of Old City Cheese Shop and the Master Brewer of Triumph to pair 5 farmstead cheeses with 5 craft beers brewed onsite at Triumph. We even provided kosher beers for Herbalife's Glatt Kosher guests.
After some time for socializing and networking, guests boarded the coaches to be taken back to their hotel to continue their sales seminars.
